Booking and Payment
Service Requests
When you submit a service request through our website, you are expressing interest in our services. This does not constitute a binding contract until we confirm availability and you complete the booking process.
Pricing
All prices are stated in British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change, but any changes will not affect confirmed bookings.
Payment Terms
Payment is required prior to service delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment via bank transfer or other methods as agreed upon booking confirmation.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations by Client
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled session: Full refund
- Cancellations made 3-7 days before the scheduled session: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before the scheduled session: No refund
Rescheduling
You may reschedule a session without penalty if notice is provided at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling with less notice is subject to availability and may incur a fee.
Cancellations by Sharp Cadet
In the rare event that we need to cancel a scheduled session, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
Client Responsibilities
When participating in our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about dietary restrictions, allergies, and skill level
- Ensure your kitchen space is clean and safe for instruction
- Have necessary equipment and ingredients as advised prior to sessions
- Follow safety instructions and guidance provided during sessions
- Treat instructors and any other participants with respect
Liability and Disclaimer
Safety
Cooking involves inherent risks, including the use of sharp tools, hot surfaces, and potentially hazardous equipment. While we provide instruction on safe practices, you assume responsibility for your own safety and the safety of others in your kitchen during and after our sessions.
Allergies and Dietary Restrictions
You are responsible for accurately disclosing all allergies, dietary restrictions, and health conditions. We make reasonable efforts to accommodate restrictions, but we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sharp Cadet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
